At DiRich, we believe every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, patience and understanding.
Our support is designed around the person. We take time to understand each individual's abilities, interests, communication preferences, routines and personal goals.
We aim to help people develop confidence, maintain independence, enjoy meaningful activities and participate more fully in their local community.
Whether someone needs regular support or occasional assistance, we work with the individual, their family and appropriate professionals to agree a safe and suitable arrangement.
DiRich was founded through many years of practical experience supporting people in residential care, community settings and their own homes.
Our founder, Digna Subasco, has approximately 21 years of experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs.
Through this experience, Digna has seen how thoughtful, consistent and respectful support can make a meaningful difference to a person's confidence, wellbeing and quality of life.
Digna established DiRich to provide a personal and flexible approach that listens carefully, respects individual choice and supports people to participate in everyday life at their own pace.
Digna has approximately 21 years of experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and additional needs, together with experience supporting individuals over 65.
She believes good support begins with listening, patience, reliability and respect for each person's choices, abilities and goals.
