All services are subject to individual assessment and agreement.

Service Availability

Services are provided subject to staff availability, risk assessment and suitability of support requirements.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where safety, safeguarding or operational concerns arise.

Client Responsibilities

Clients, families, and representatives agree to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding support needs.
  • Inform us of any significant changes in circumstances.
  • Treat staff with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff and service users.

Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be agreed in writing before support begins.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment period.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellation Policy

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation of planned support sessions.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the full agreed service charge.

DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd will consider exceptional circumstances, including emergencies, serious illness, or unforeseen events, on a case-by-case basis.

Where DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd needs to cancel a session, reasonable notice will be provided and alternative arrangements will be discussed where possible.

Safeguarding

DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and adults at risk.

Any safeguarding concerns will be managed in accordance with UK safeguarding legislation and local authority procedures.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all individuals and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to provide safe and professional support at all times, DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseen losses arising from the use of our services or website.
