We provide respectful, person-centred community support for children aged 8+, young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs. We also provide companionship and community support for individuals over 65.

We welcome support enquiries, referrals, professional enquiries, questions from families and carers, feedback and general enquiries.

If we cannot answer immediately, please leave your name, telephone number and a suitable time for us to return your call.
Please state the purpose of your enquiry in the subject line. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in your first email.

We aim to respond to enquiries within two working days, although responses may occasionally take longer during busy periods or public holidays.
We welcome enquiries from people involved in a person’s support.
Every enquiry and referral is considered individually. Suitability and availability depend on the person’s needs, location, goals, communication requirements, safeguarding considerations, risk assessment, staffing availability and whether the requested support is within our current service scope.

DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd provides community support within Burton upon Trent and selected surrounding areas, subject to assessment and staff availability.

Our services are delivered in community settings. We are not a London-based service provider.

Our current service does not include:
- Personal care such as washing, dressing or toileting
- Nursing or clinical care
- Medical treatment or diagnosis
- Medication administration or management
- Regulated healthcare activities
- Residential care or accommodation
- Regulated domiciliary care
- Emergency or crisis intervention
Based on our current service scope, DiRich Specialist Community Support Ltd does not carry on a CQC-regulated activity. If our services change, we will review whether CQC registration is required before providing any regulated activity.
DiRich is not an emergency or crisis-response service.
If someone is in immediate danger, at immediate risk of serious harm or requires urgent medical assistance, contact the emergency services directly.
