How Support Is Arranged

Five steps, from first contact to a confirmed start

1

Initial Enquiry

You, a family member, representative or professional contacts DiRich and explains the support required.

2

Initial Consultation

We discuss age, location, needs, interests, communication requirements and a proposed schedule.

3

Suitability & Risk Assessment

We consider safeguarding, identified risks, staff suitability and whether support falls within our boundaries.

4

Support Plan & Agreement

Agreed activities, boundaries, schedule, responsibilities and charges are recorded in writing.

5

Confirmed Start Date

Support begins only once checks, assessments, insurance and written agreements are all confirmed.

An enquiry or initial consultation does not guarantee that DiRich will accept the referral.
