Founded by experienced support professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in health and social care, we are passionate about helping individuals live fulfilling, meaningful and independent lives within their communities.
We have extensive experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, communication needs, emotional wellbeing needs and behaviours that may challenge, across community, supported living and residential settings.

Our Experience
DiRich was founded by experienced health and social care professionals who have dedicated their careers to supporting children, young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism and additional support needs.
Together, we bring over 40 years of combined experience across community support, supported living, residential care and healthcare settings.
